Job Description:

Lending Group Auto is seeking a dynamic and motivated Internet Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car sales with at least 2 years of experience and possess a solid understanding of social media and CRM systems. Experience in the Business Development Center (BDC) is a plus. If you have a minimum of 2 years in the BDC department, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chat requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and communication.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
• Monitor and report on internet sales performance and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technology to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in car sales.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems is essential.
• Previous experience in a BDC department is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
